Top 7 Foods for better digestion

Burned out last holiday season, and been eating a lot. Drinking and partying all day all night all throughout the Christmas break.

Eating lots of foods is good, as human as we are we need to eat, but sometimes we forgot to manage our food intake, too much sweets and high calorie foods are really not good for our health, and the last vacation we had, feels like so full on our tummy and may cause to have problems on disposing our waste. So here are 7 best foods for a better digestion, these foods are very familiar to us, and can be found on our kitchen daily or more often.


1. Apple.  Yes, true to the famous sayings "an Apple a day keeps the doctor away!". Apple is very rich in Vitamins and minerals that would help for a proper digestion. It has vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium and phosphorous.


2. Banana.  This fruit also is good for a better digestion, and best food when experience lose bowel movement (LBM) it has magnesium and potassium, and also rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin B.


3. Papaya. A very famous fruit for almost everyone, when it comes to digestive problems, it has also anti-inflammatory and dissolves fats quickly. 


4. Carrots.  Carrots is not only known for a better eyes sight, but also for our digestion, for it has antioxidants for cleansing and also rich in vitamins.


5. Cucumber. Very rich vegetable, it has vitamin A, B1, B6, C & D, Folate, Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium. Drinking Cucumber juice will also feel relieve from stomach pain.


6. Tomatoes. Rich not only in lycopene but also in vitamins and minerals that also helps a good digestion.



7. Water. Don't be surprised! known as the universal solvent. Drinking water of two glasses right after waking up is a good practice. At-least 8 - 10 glasses of water daily.

So there you have it, common and very affordable foods for your tummy. Stay healthy and strong for everyday work and don't forget to exercise atleast 30 minutes daily.
