Just before I finished my entry on how to download the most popular and #1 game on Google play and Apple Store. Flappy Bird's developer Dong Nguyen, a Vietnamese - indie game maker, twitted just few hours ago today February 9, 2014 that he is going to take down the game. However he never mentioned the real reason why he wanted to stop that game.
I am sorry 'Flappy Bird' users, 22 hours from now, I will take 'Flappy Bird' down. I cannot take this anymore.
— Dong Nguyen (@dongatory) February 8, 2014
It is not anything related to legal issues. I just cannot keep it anymore.
— Dong Nguyen (@dongatory) February 8, 2014
I also don't sell 'Flappy Bird', please don't ask.
— Dong Nguyen (@dongatory) February 8, 2014
And I still make games.

He also twitted that he's still going to create a more games, so just stay tuned!
