The Announcement and CEO’s Statement

The World’s Best Airport Awards have been given annually since 1999 by Skytrax, an international air transport rating organization. The awards are based on a global airport customer satisfaction survey conducted annually. This year, the survey saw the participation of almost 14 million travelers who hail from more than 100 different countries. The survey assessed a wide range of services and products available at airports, including check-in, shopping, security, immigration, and arrivals. Singapore Changi Airport secured the first place in the global ranking, once again showcasing the airport's commitment to service excellence.

The Changi Airport Group's Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lee Seow Hiang, expressed his thanks for this honor and commended the airport community for its commitment and tenacity in maintaining Singapore's global connectivity. He said in his statement that Changi Airport is looking forward to greeting everyone as they rediscover the beauty of travel.
