How To Transfer Word File to PowerPoint Presentation office 2010

If you are planning to create a PowerPoint presentation, and all your data are in word file, all you have to do is to send the word file to PowerPoint presentation.

Open the word document

Step 1: Click on File>Options

Step 2: In the word option window, click on Quick Access Toolbar>Choose command from, select Commands Not in the Ribbon, then select the command "Send to Microsoft PowerPoint" then click Add>> after that Click OK

After clicking OK button, you will notice on the top of your world app. the icon  which being shown on  figure 3 below. Click on that icon to transfer you word file to Microsoft PowerPoint.
